Intro
"My Personal Mr. Miyagi" was designed by the brilliant minds of Sensei Q-Dogg (or D. O. double Gizzee) and Big Chrissy. It's main focus is to provide unconventional and obscure solutions to your everyday worries. These exercises are both physical and mental and are mostly irrelevant to the symptom or solution. They are, however, very entertaining and usually result in a good belly laugh.
